How do i make payment for decoration?
A 40% non refundable deposit has to be paid to secure the date and the balance paid in full 1 month before the event. You can make payment by card which has to be registered in your name and your address.
Can you work according to my Budget?
We can, but this depends on what your requirements are based on, and the number of your guests you hope to have.
How soon can I place an order ?
To avoid disappointments; You should place your order as soon as your event is confirmed due to high volume of bookings.
Do you deliver ?
Yes, we deliver free within 1 mile radial for orders over £100, delivery charges apply outside 1 mile radial.
Do you collect after party ?
Yes, we can collect after party subject to agreement, shipping fees apply.
Do you set up for parties ?

Do you charge security deposit ?
Yes, we charge a fair refundable security deposit on all hire items, this serves as an insurance for our hired items. You get your money back once items are returned complete and in good condition.
How much deposit do i need to secure a decoration booking and when should the balance be paid.
To secure a decoration booking we require 40% non - refundable deposit. this will guarantee the products or services you are booking for the date you require. the balance is due 1 month prior to the event date.
Can I sight the items I want to hire before I order ?
Yes, you are more than welcome to sight our beautiful party items, please book an appointment for viewing in our office.
Can I collect hired items myself to save delivery cost ?
Yes, you can collect hired items yourself, please bring along a photo ID and a proof of address, preferably a utility bill not older than 1 month.
Do you offer installment payments ?
Yes, we know how some events can come expensive and out of budget; So we do offer payment plan at 0% interest to suit your monthly budget which helps ease off some stress. Please contact us if you're interested in running a payment plan.
Do I have to wash linen after use before I return them ?
No, Please do not wash any of our linen as you may get them damaged and lose your refundable security deposit. Endeavour to return or post back any hired linen immediately after use; To avoid mildew stains, dry them first if they're damp or wet.
